I really appreciate your responses, truly wonderful results, overall you appear to be quite satisfied with your decision to go through with the procedure. Penuma is the first surgery that actually makes sense to me, currently Elist is is using the 4th generation implant which seems safer than ever and more urologists and surgeons are opening up to performing this surgery on their patients throughout the U.S which sounds like great news to me. 70% I’ll pull the trigger on this once the surgery consultant answers more of my question, 30% not convinced yet. Has anyone on here who’s gotten the penuma use cock rings, or like to have your girl edge you to the limit? What I’m concerned with is mostly whether or not I can continue to have a lot of pressure built up on my head and shaft. I was told this has to be done 30 days prior to surgery, so I will schedule accordingly. I have not set a date yet as I have to get all the surgical prerequisites out of the way, physical, blood tests and anesthesia clearance. From what I read here It seems that the girth claims are true but the length is still a bit of the issue.
